Your name and email address, the company you belong to, and the maintenance data you enter -- assets, work orders, procedures, comments, and any photos or PDFs you upload. We also keep basic activity logs (like sign-in times and failed login attempts) for security purposes.
To operate the Service: showing you your company's data, sending account-related emails (invitations, password resets, security alerts, and notifications you're opted into), and keeping the Service secure and working correctly. We don't sell your data.
Data you enter is visible to other members of your own company on the Service -- never to a different company. A small number of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to run the Service (currently Supabase for the database/file storage, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for outbound email).
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If your company stops using the Service, contact us about removing your data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, access controls, and database-level rules that keep companies' data separate), but no system is 100% secure.
This policy may be updated from time to time.
